| 8:48 | Virginia Senate: It won't be truly "over" for a while, but everything I'm hearing says that Allen is done, and is just waiting for someone to stick the fork in him. So I'm calling it, for whatever that's worth. The Democrats have run the table: House and Senate will be under their control come January.
With that, all that's left are the straggler House races. I'll update those just for form when they come in, but really... who cares? It's over, folks. Go home.

CNN and MSNBC have both called it for Tester; Fox hasn't yet but they show 100% of precincts reporting with Tester ahead by just over 3,000 votes. I think we'll see a recount on this one, but for now --- it belongs to Tester. | | 12:57 | OK folks, as of now all race results below are up-to-date. In Oregon and Washington, there are still some seats that have a lot of ballots left to count (slackers) and so I've held off on those. The remaining TBD races are all very tight ones, separated by 1% and with less than 100% of their votes tallied. Check back in a few hours and we'll see which ones have closed... |
