| Evan Liddiard, the staffer whom I was directed to responded to my message promptly. He said that while Mr. Hatch has not reviewed this bill yet and therefore cannot yet endorse it, he is generally in favor of reform to reduce pork barrel spending. He noted that some previous attempts to do so have met with legal or constitutional concerns. | I spoke with a staffer who said that the Senator had not yet formed a position on this bill. He transferred me to another staffer's voicemail.
